SEATING CAPACITY

115 people maximum (75 in large hall & 45 in bar area) There are plenty of round and long tables at hall to accommodate up to  115 people. (There is wheelchair accessibility)

RENTAL COST

Monday through Thursday      ----   $500.00 (4 hours)

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday ----  $600.00 (4 hours)

EXTRA HOUR COST 

$75.00 per hour

If the customer wants an extra hour they must notify us and pay for the extra  hour the day before the affair. (No extra hours will be allowed the day of the affair.)
 

RENTAL DEPOSIT

$100.00 Non Refundable (unless hall is rebooked.) The deposit is due upon booking the date and signing of contract.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

$250.00 Refundable Deposit will be returned within two weeks after affair date.

If the Blenheim Fire Department does not advise us of any damage within a week after the affair,  then the security deposit will be returned the following  week. If they report any damage, then the customer will be notified In writing of the damage and retention of their security deposit.

BARTENDERS

 (1) Bartender must be paid directly by customer at $100.00.
Additional bartenders can be supplied at $100.00 each.
This includes setup and breakdown.

ALSO INCLUDED

Long tables, round tables, chairs, free ice (from ice machine), and free soda (use of soda gun 6 flavors).

BAR PACKAGE

Customer must supply their own beer, liquor, cups, bar setup, etc.

PARKING

 All guests must park on the right side of the building.

MISCELLANEOUS

There is a back entrance for loading and unloading directly into the hall. The restrooms are very new and clean.
